    Description

    Rare
castor set in an opalescent stripe pattern. This set was produced in 1888. Maker is not mentioned in the catalog, but as per EAPG research site, likely maker was Northwood or Buckeye glass. In my 18 years of selling glass, its the only one I have ever come across intact.
Stands 12" in height. Shakers/cruets are 5.75" and 1.75" wide.
The shakers, cruet, and glass of the stand are all in nice condition without cracks or chips. The white striped shakers do have roughness all around the lip under the lid, which is pretty typical. They are not the original lids, but are old.
Both stoppers to the 2 blue cruets have damage to the base portion.
The yellow piece glows brightly under UV light.
Overall, a very beautiful set in nice condition.
